All of HLB's principals, project managers, and staff stayed with the team and will continue providing the same service you have come to expect. Otak Inc., a company with 25 plus years of experience, is headquartered in Lake Oswego, OR. Their team consists of more than 410 professionals in 11 offices in the United States (Oregon, Washington, Colorado, & Arizona) and 2 internationally (Iraq & the United Arab Emirates). HLB is very excited about this merger. It is a natural union between 2 companies that think alike in customer service, expectations, and future goals. Otak's range of services now allows us to offer clients assistance in areas we were previously unable to. They include: Architecture, Water Resources, and Transportation. FTP Information...
Use the links provided below to access HLB's FTP servers. Enter the login and password information when prompted in the appropriate boxes and select the "Log On" button. Once logged in, files to be downloaded from HLB will be available under the "Outgoing Folder." Files you wish to transfer to HLB's FTP server can be posted in the "Incoming Folder."

Usage Details:
This FTP Site is designed for HLB clients and employees to transfer large electronic files only. Unauthorized access, personal usage, and attempts to harm the server are prohibited. In the event one of these prohibited tasks are found, upload/download priviledges will be revoked.

Troubleshooting:
Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 6 or better.

FTP clients such as WS_FTP will also work.

If you experience connectivity issues or long delays while attempting to connect/transfer files, make sure you have Passive FTP turned off. This can be achieved in Internet Explorer by clicking the Tools menu and selecting Internet Options. On the Advanced tab about half way down the dialog window, you will see a box labled "Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)", uncheck it, click "OK", and restart Internet Explorer again.
